Our goal is to be proactive partners with you, the insurance company, and when applicable, other contractor partners throughout this process.
The Phoenix Contents Restoration team provides hands-on, thorough, and a personal approach to handling your contents.
At your service
The majority of your home is filled with hard contents. The pots and pans in the kitchen, the kids toys upstairs, even the junk drawer in the office.
We restore an arrangement of furniture. Whether it has a fabric exterior, a hard surface, new or old, we take care of it all.
Is it possible to clean and deodorize paper? Yes it is! Whether it's an office filled with filing drawers or a home library, we have cleaning solutions for you.
In the event of an insurance claim, we provide an itemized, detailed estimate to your insurance company describing the scope of restoration work required by your unique situation. Because our estimating software is used by the insurance industry, we are able to "speak the same language" as the insurance adjuster assigned to your claim. Each policy's coverages are taken into account to determine the most cost effective action plan. Once the estimate is approved and all parties are on the same page, we get to work.
Great question. Depending on the damage wrought by the loss event, some items just won’t be salvageable. In this scenario, we provide a digital inventory list, complete with photos, specific item descriptions like branding and model IDs, and an online portal for you to overview everything. This non-salvageable list is sent to your adjuster and allows your insurance to correctly analyze replacement values in order for you to receive accurate reimbursement for each item lost.
No! By the nature of what we do, we work with insurance companies a lot, but you definitely aren’t required to file a claim. Our free inspections are a great tool for our customers to create a restoration strategy that fits your project goals.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to contents. Different materials require different cleaning strategies in order to give them the best chance at recovery. Our experienced restoration crew utilizes our in-house Fireline contents cleaning system, ozone chamber, and cleaning stations to allow us to treat individual items with the cleaning technique most effective.
We know your personal belongings mean a lot to you. It can be hard to have them in a different facility while your home or business is being restored. That’s why we have an online portal for our customers to have 24/7 access to see their belongings, identify where they are in the restoration process, and even allows notes to be put in by you. Of course, our office is always available by phone or email.
Safety of our customers and team is our priority. We are closely following the CDC guidelines.
